Order Adjustment/Cancellation

1. How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please ensure that customers only have 6 hours after placing an order to cancel or exchange the order information for any reason.

If your request is valid with our policy, please contact us via emily.support@kamilashy.com; our support desk will respond within the time specified.

2. Is it possible to cancel an order within 6 hours?

If your request comes after 6 hours and your package has not been sent out, we can be flexible for you.

However, you will have to take responsibility for the payment fee that is non-refundable such as management, processing, and transaction fee. It costs 30% of your total order value and will be applied to the refund amount.
